We provide on-demand garment care services. Current pricing is fixed as follows:
Prices are subject to change. The first bag is free for first-time orders.
We aim for a 60-minute pickup window from the time of order confirmation. Users must ensure that laundry is securely bagged and ready. If the user is unavailable during the drop-off window, we may leave the items with authorized building reception or security, per the user's saved preferences.
While we take the utmost care of your garments, Lndry Loop is not liable for pre-existing damage, severe color bleeding, or issues arising from unreadable care labels. Any claims for lost items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Our customer service is augmented by AI agents (Loop and Mrs. Loopy). While they are highly capable, official binding agreements or refunds must be approved by human administrators at HQ.
