• Communication Logs: Chat history when you interact with our AI agents (Loop on WhatsApp, or Mrs. Loopy on the website) to provide customer support.

We use your data strictly to operate our business:

• To facilitate laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery.
• To send transactional updates, order status, and customer support messages via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
• To process payments and manage your wallet credits.

We do not sell your data. We share necessary data only with verified partners who help us run Lndry Loop:

• Supabase: Our secure database and authentication provider.
• Meta (WhatsApp): For sending you order updates and chatting with Loop.
