Service Level Agreement - Century City Network
Lndry Loop operates a hyper-local logistics network exclusively within Century City. Upon finalizing an order on the Web App, our logistics engine activates immediately. We guarantee that a driver will arrive to pick up your laundry bag within 60 minutes of your request during standard operating hours.
When placing an order, you will select a dedicated drop-off window. We commit to delivering your clean, folded laundry precisely within that selected timeframe. If you opt for "Express Turnaround", your order is prioritized to the absolute front of the processing queue.
If you are unavailable at your residence or office during the selected drop-off window, our driver will follow your saved "Drop-off Instructions" (e.g., leaving the bag with building security or reception). If no safe drop-off location is available, the bag will be returned to HQ and a secondary delivery fee may be applied for a rescheduled drop-off.
Every load undergoes strict quality control. If you receive your laundry and it does not meet our standard of "Flawless Folding" or cleanliness, please contact Loop via WhatsApp or email support@lndryloop.com within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue immediately.
